Author Change Policy: Any changes to the list of authors (such as ordering, additions, and deletions) after initial submission must be approved by all authors through written approval in accordance with Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.It is the responsibility of the responsible author to ensure that all authors agree to the proposed changes.If there is disagreement about authorship among authors and a satisfactory agreement cannot be reached, authors should contact their institution(s) to reach a resolution.It is not the job of the editor of a journal to resolve authorship disputes.It is not possible to change the authors after the publication of the final version of an article.
