fa مقایسه زمان جایگذاری بهینه در سیستم‌های قابل تعمیر براساس توابع نرخ خرابی و احتمال تعمیر مینیمال قابلیت اعتماد Reliability پژوهشی بنیادی Research <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl">سیستم قابل تعمیری را در نظر بگیرید که دو نوع خرابی با نرخ‌های متفاوت برای آن رخ می‌دهد. انتخاب تعمیر مینیمال یا تعویض کامل به نوع خرابی وابسته&nbsp;است. طول دوره تعویض با توجه به تابع هزینه و مفهوم هزینه کاهش یافته، بهینه می‌شود. در این مقاله، طول دوره جایگذاری بهینه با در نظر&nbsp;گرفتن&nbsp;توابع نرخ مختلف و همچنین با احتمال تعمیر مینیمال متفاوت، باهم مقایسه می‌شوند. براساس نتایج حاصل، در مورد اینکه در کدام سیستم&nbsp;باید&nbsp;جایگذاری پیشگیرانه زودتر انجام شود، می‌توان اظهار نظر نمود. برای تشریح بیشتر نتایج مقاله، مثال‌های عددی ارائه و مطالعه شبیه‌سازی انجام شده است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Consider a repairable system where two types of failures occur with different rate functions. The choice of minimal repair or replacement depends on the types of failures. The length of replacement cycle becomes optimal in terms of the cost function and the concept of discounted cost. In this paper, for two repairable systems the optimal replacement cycles are compared based on failure rate functions and probability of minimal repairs. Based on our results, one can make a decision for the period of replacement times.
