fa بررسی تأثیر نوسانات درآمدی بر اولویت‌های فرهنگی و غیرفرهنگی خانوارهای شهری و روستایی با استفاده از تابع مفصل آمار کاربردی Applied Statistics كاربردي و توسعه ای Applied <p style="text-align: justify;">یکی از راهکارهای عملی در پیشبرد سیاست‌های اقتصادی، همراهی مردم، بالا بردن سطح آگاهی جامعه و مردمی‌سازی اقتصاد است. سیاست‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی، زمانی به بهترین صورت تحقق می‌یابند که مردم آگاهی لازم را در‌خصوص آمارهای موجود، کسب کرده باشند. شاخص‌های اقتصادی نرخ، قیمت و درصد، به‌تنهایی آگاهی‌بخش نیستند. به این دلیل، یکی از روش‌های علمی برای مطالعه‌ی داده‌های اقتصادی، مدل‌بندی آماری آن‌ها با استفاده از ابزار پرکاربرد &quot;توابع مفصل&quot; است. در این مقاله با استفاده از توابع مفصل و مفهومی پرکاربرد از وابستگی بین متغیرهای مورد مطالعه، تحت عنوان &quot;وابستگی جهتی&quot;، میزان وابستگی بین تغییرات درآمدی خانوار با هزینه‌ای که صرف خرید محصولات فرهنگی و محصولات متفرقه می‌کنند، مورد مطالعه قرار می‌گیرد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می‌دهد که خانوارهای ایرانی با کاهش درآمد، تمایل بیشتری به کاهش هزینه خرید محصولات فرهنگی تا سایر هزینه‌های مصرفی غیرضروری دارند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">One of the applicable tools, in order to develop the economy&#39;s politics, is Iranian&#39;s cooperation in increasing their level of public knowledge and the humanization of economic. Economical index, rate, price, and percentage are not informative only. From this point of view, one of the scientific ways to study the economic data is &quot;Statistical Modeling&quot; through the applicable concept of &quot;Copula Function&quot;. In this paper, through the copula functions and the applicable concept of dependence, called &quot;Directional dependence&quot;, the dependence structure between variations in family&#39;s income and the expenses allocated to buy cultural and miscellaneous goods would be widely studied.
